Provider Terms of Service
These terms cover provider eligibility, truthful account setup, operational messaging, marketplace integrity, payout administration, and BookMyCleaning's suspension and protection rights.

Eligibility and account setup
You may create and maintain a provider profile only if the information you submit to BookMyCleaning is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your company details, contact details, service offerings, operating area, insurance status, and any other material onboarding information when it changes.
BookMyCleaning may request identity, contact, operational, or compliance information at any time to verify that your profile remains eligible for marketplace participation.
Marketplace role and service delivery
BookMyCleaning operates a platform that introduces customers to participating providers and supports quoting, booking, communications, and operational follow-through. BookMyCleaning does not guarantee any minimum volume of bookings, territory exclusivity, or continued access to any particular customer or service area.
You are responsible for performing accepted jobs professionally, lawfully, safely, and in accordance with the booking details, customer instructions communicated through BookMyCleaning, and any platform standards or operational policies BookMyCleaning publishes from time to time.
Platform integrity and customer relationships
Customers introduced through BookMyCleaning are subject to the separate Cleaner Platform Rules and related marketplace restrictions on off-platform diversion, direct payment requests, rebooking outside the platform, and misuse of customer contact information.
You must not use BookMyCleaning to mislead customers, conceal availability, manipulate bookings, evade platform fees, or interfere with BookMyCleaning's customer relationships, operations, support workflows, or quality controls.
Communications, operational notices, and support
You consent to receive operational messages from BookMyCleaning by email, SMS, phone call, dashboard notification, or similar channels for account security, booking coordination, verification, payout administration, compliance, quality review, and support follow-up.
You remain responsible for monitoring your account and responding promptly to customer-facing or compliance-related requests tied to your activity on the platform.
Fees, payouts, and setoff rights
BookMyCleaning may apply platform fees, booking adjustments, customer credits, quality-related offsets, refund allocations, or other payment rules disclosed in your provider materials, booking workflows, or payout statements.
Payout timing may depend on completed booking status, dispute resolution, fraud review, customer payment settlement, or compliance checks. BookMyCleaning may withhold, delay, or offset payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate disputes, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or operational losses connected to your use of the platform.
Suspension, removal, and legal reservations
BookMyCleaning may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove your provider access if you violate platform rules, submit false information, create safety or trust concerns, fail compliance checks, damage customer relationships, misuse personal information, or create material operational risk for the platform.
Except where prohibited by law, BookMyCleaning provides the platform on an as-available basis and disclaims guarantees of uninterrupted availability, booking volume, or revenue. Any governing law, venue, and dispute provisions should be reviewed and finalized by Ontario counsel before production rollout.
